From the street you would never know that this place is as amazing as it is! If you blink you could miss it! I love it when I find a hidden gem. That is exactly what this spot is! A total treasure! Stopped by on a week night and had to find out what "deep fried pizza" was...delicious is what it is! It was really cool. There was like a solo guitar is playing like acoustic music and it was like a five but sounded amazing and I love that we had our server come up to us and asked us what we needed and I was like cool man... It just felt good and well we ordered. It was delicious and I highly recommend south end to anybody.

South End... This isn't just home to the best pizza, wine & faro salad in LA it's home. You can walk in feeling like the weight of the world is on your shoulders but I guarantee you will leave like you're floating on cloud 9. Your tastebuds will be entertained, tummy full and your heart filled with joy. BUT what most would not expect from a small pizza place in a strip mall is that the quality and consistency is that of a 5star restaurant. That's because it's owner & staff have passion and love for all those who walk in the door. Thank you Mario, Enzo, Kelly, Jamie, Chris & all the staff front and back of house... you guys are legends

Mmm, pizza!!! Thin crust, ultra-premium quality pizza! LOVED my visit to South End. Fun spot with cool ambiance, great service and excellent food. Lots of wine to choose from and a couple Italian beers. Salads were very fresh and lightly dressed to perfection. Pizza is the star of the show at South End. Not sure how they do it, but the thin crust was divine, so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Toppings were fresh and high quality. Thank you, South End. 5 stars

Went here on more of a whim and was amazed. The service and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night or any night in need of good Italian food. I have already recommended this place to so many people and will be going back for sure. We had the Nutella dessert (unpictured) and it was delicious

I can't say it enough. This is hands down the best pizza in LA! The pizza is sooo good. My favorite is the Kinney. It has the best crust, sweet sauce, pesto and generous portions of the most creamy and fresh Burrata. I've become friends with the owners Mario and Enzo and both men treat you like royalty when you enter the place. The whole restaurant is super sexy. dim lighting, great James and a beautiful funky mural. All awesome Venice vibes. And don't forget to try the South End wine. It's the perfect pairing.

Me and the girls rode our Birds to eat at this establishment that I found on Yelp. Nice outdoor seating on high top tables with heaters because it was chilly outside. Server was friendly and served us promptly. Pizza was unique yet delicious. Edible GOLD? Why not! Lol. Prices were above average but trying something new on a girls trip.... Worth it. I saw a wine collection inside but we don't drink. Desserts were also available but we didn't have room for it. We ate all of the pizza!!! :) Try it!

I've wanted to check out South End for a while because it was highly recommended. Every time I would try to make my way out there, something always came up. It was annoying! Haha, But thank goodness I made it! While driving around doing errands, I was getting hungry and thought that today was the day to check out South End! I phoned in and spoke with a nice guy named Enzo. I asked what he recommended, and he said I should get their most popular pizza, the Kenney Pizza, which has: Crushed tomatoes, Burrata, basil pesto, and monini EVOO. He also recommended getting the Farro Salad which has: Arugula Cherry Tomatoes, Pesto no pine nuts, Pecorino Cheese, and Onions. Everything sounded amazing, so I went ahead and got both. When I arrived, I was helped immediately by Francesco. While waiting for him to bring out my order, I glanced at the restaurant. It was small, but they offered both outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor area is nicely done and seemed like a great area to eat. When it was time to finally dig in, I took a bite of the pizza and YUM, and it was really, really good. The flavors really worked well together, and the crust was mm mm mm! Now the salad... I too was so good! I never really had a salad with fennel, but it worked well with the arugula and balsamic. Next time, I'll probably ask for more balsamic because I love extra dressing! I would love to come back and dine in to get the whole experience. I look forward to bringing my hubby for a night out and trying other items on the menu. I'm glad South End was recommended to me, or else I probably wouldn't even have known it existed. Thank you again, Francesco and Enzo! I'll be back! :)
